administratif de Paris a affirm\u00e9 que les codes sources d\u2019un logiciel public sont des documents administratifs auxquels les administr\u00e9s peuvent avoir acc\u00e8s. <\/p>\n<p>Il confirme ainsi l\u2019avis du 8 janvier 2015 de la Commission d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux documents administratifs (Cada). <\/p>\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, celle-ci avait affirm\u00e9 que \u00ab les fichiers informatiques constituant le code source sollicit\u00e9, produits par la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des finances publiques dans le cadre de sa mission de service public, rev\u00eatent le caract\u00e8re de documents administratifs, au sens de l\u2019article 1er de la loi du 17 juillet 1978. \u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, ils sont communicables \u00e0 toute personne qui en fait la demande, d\u00e8s lors que cet acc\u00e8s ne porte pas atteinte \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019infractions fiscales et aux droits des tiers.<\/p>\n<p><svg class=\"ob-quote-right\" width=\"25px\"
