Dans cette affaire, Clim Froid s\u2019\u00e9tait engag\u00e9 \u00e0 verser 48 mensualit\u00e9s de 300 \u20ac HT, plus 1 8000 \u20ac HT d\u2019installation \u00e0 Linkeo. <\/p>\n<p>Or, le site ne correspondait pas du tout \u00e0 ses attentes et aux conditions contractuelles. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir mis en demeure de s\u2019ex\u00e9cuter, et n\u2019avoir pas obtenu satisfaction, le client a inform\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de financement Fidel qu\u2019elle cessait le paiement des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances.
