Audrey has been a lawyer since 2014 and joins H2O Avocats as an associate.
Audrey holds a degree in Law (University of Barcelona), a Master 1 degree in European Law and a Master 2 degree in European Business Law (University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas). She has gained experience in the competition-distribution departments of the law firms Racine and Renaudier.
Audrey has also been seconded to companies on several occasions.
Audrey's main areas of practice are distribution law and commercial contracts (selective-exclusive distribution, franchising, commercial agents, partnerships, business contributions, terms and conditions, etc.) as well as intellectual property and digital law. She also assists clients on a broad range of issues in consumer law, and marketing and advertising.
Audrey works in French and English.
